Really interesting spaces, maximalist arty vibe throughout. Super friendly staff both on check-in and check-out. Comfortable and interesting room in the building next door, very pleasant spaces, plenty of room for three of us (two beds in separate rooms, two bathrooms, small kitchenette (with espresso machine) and dining table). I don't know how the other rooms are -- I get the sense that they vary -- but we were very happy with ours. Awesome rooftop bar as well -- pricey but worth it for the view, decor, and creative cocktails. Really nice location , too -- in Baixa-Chiado, the beautiful shopping and dining district, and an easy walk to the waterfront (where you can rent an e-bike or scooter), Rossio station, the tram stops at Rossio Square (take tram 12, not 28, if you want a fun ride up to the castle without waiting in line for an hour), and the historic Calçada do Duque stairs (lined with cafes and bars) up to the happening Barrio Alto. Restaurants, bars and cafes everywhere, and wonderful pastel de nata at Manteigaria around the corner. We loved this hotel, and would definitely stay again.

Very easy to check in with the friendly helpdesk team, despite it being nearly 2am when we arrived! The staff showed us to the correct door and demonstrated the key fob. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and we loved the quirky design. The facilities were very good - the bathroom did have some smells throughout the stay (possible drainage) but this did not bother us. Additionally, it was a warm weekend and we could not get the air-conditioning to work well enough which meant we had some toasty nights in bed, but again, this did not bother us too much. We were lucky enough to have a balcony which was fantastic as we could watch the world go by on the street below us - and the location was amazing! Right in the heart of busy shops, restaurants, and very easy to access anywhere in the city. We loved our stay - thank you!

We loved everything about this property. On a family holiday with adult children we had a 3 bedroom apartment complete with 3 bathrooms. It was fun and very quirky. Beds extremely comfortable. Staff amazing, breakfast room definitely worth a visit. We had drinks on the rooftop bar every night to enjoy the view Drinks were a little on the pricey side but worth it just for the experience and fun finding it. Would highly recommend this property especially if you enjoy things a little different. If you love the matchy matchy coordinating hotel rooms it’s not your place We loved that there was something fun around every corner Thank you for a wonderful stay

Nice hotel in the very touristy part of the Lisbon. Located right in the middle of Baixa district with all advantages and disadvantages of such location. Perfect access to public transportation (metro station ca. 150 meters away), walkable distance to at least two main railway stations and a ferry terminal. Nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, cereal and fruit salad. Not an opulent choice, but it was okay even for a weeklong stay. Beds were quite fine. Rooftop bar was worth visiting, in my opinion.

Everything was great. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottle of wine in our room on arrival and there was even pastéis de natas and fruit at the reception every day. I loved the rooftop bar, the cocktails were delicious and there is great views of the castle and the rest of Lisbon. The decor of the hotel was very cool and the location was right in the centre of Lisbon and we could walk everywhere (even to the train station that goes to Cascais).
